Suitable for complete beginners, or those with previous jewellery making experience, these full-day workshops provide you with the perfect setting to learn the basics of silver jewellery making, whilst the extra time allows for more guidance and a progression in your jewellery making abilities. Whether you wish to focus on stone setting, casting, or learn the basics of jewellery making, Louisa can help guide and provide the encouragement needed to take on those more challenging projects- plus, it’s a great way to meet other like-minded creatives!

Silver is available to purchase at the studio, you can expect to spend anywhere for £5-£40 depending on the project.

Come and learn the art of silver jewellery making on this 3hr Taster Course.

One this one day workshop you will be taught how to create a beautiful silver ring and learn all the skills needed to make and finish your own special piece of silver jewellery. The perfect introduction in jewellery making- and if you love it, you can progress your skills on one of the Full-Day workshops.

Materials are included and you will be supplied with enough silver to make a bespoke ring. If you wish to make an additional piece of jewellery, silver is available to purchase from the studio.

Sawing/Piercing

Hammering and forging

Soldering

Forming

Polishing

To abide by social distancing class sizes are limited to 6x students and you will each be allocated your own hand-tools and bench space. Visors and hand-sanitiser are available.

Tea, coffee and delicious pastries will be served to keep you energised and geared up for a busy morning!
