Bespoke Commissions

If you would like to discuss a commission for a bespoke piece of jewellery, or you have any questions please email Louisa at info@louisaslade.com.

For any design consultations, Louisa like’s to meet with her clients at her studio in Alresford.  Over coffee you will spend 45minutes discussing the project in detail so she can get a feel for the pieces your want repurposed, or the bespoke commission you have in mind. Her commission work can start anywhere from £3500 to £350, so please get in touch with her if you would like a rough quote for a project.

Online Sales

Each piece of Louisa Slade jewellery is handmade using solid silver and gold. Although she aims to have pieces in-stock and ready to ship right away, sometimes pieces may need to be made from scratch, so please allow 2-3 weeks for each order. If you are needing your piece urgently please contact Louisa directly at info@louisaslade.com

Returns

Each piece of Louisa Slade jewellery is made with the utmost care and attention to detail, but if, however on the off-chance you experience a piece breaking or arriving in less then top condition please email info@louisaslade.com with your order or email as the reference, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery information

All items are posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, which will arrive before 1pm next-day and requires a signature upon receipt.  If you are needing your package urgently, please ensure you provide an address where you can sign for the packet. Louisa takes no responsibility if you miss the arrival of your parcel and it gets held at your local delivery office.

All postage costs are £8.50

Payment Terms

All goods remain the property of Louisa Slade Jewellery until paid in full.

Shipment to USA/International

International orders to the USA below £500 are shipped at a flat rate of £20. For pieces of higher value Louisa will contact you with a tailored shipping quote to ensure they are covered with the correct level of  insurance. Most items are shipped via UPS.

Regarding orders outside the UK, it is worth reminding you that you may be liable to pay customs import tax. Louisa cannot be held responsible for any customs tax that you may have to pay.
