If you would like to discuss a commission for a bespoke piece of jewellery, or you have any questions please email Louisa at email@example.com.
Louisa like’s to meet with her clients face-to-face either in London or at her studio in Winchester, so please contact her to make a booking. All design consultations require a £150 deposit which includes a design consultation and 3-4x hand painted designs. Her commission work can start anywhere from £3500 to £350, so please get in-touch with her if you would like a rough quote for a project.
Each piece of Louisa Slade jewellery is handmade using solid silver and gold. Although she aims to have pieces in-stock and ready to ship right away, sometimes pieces may need to be made from scratch, so please allow 2-3 weeks for each order. If you are needing your piece urgently please contact Louisa directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Each piece of Louisa Slade jewellery is made with the utmost care and attention to detail, but if, however on the off-chance you experience a piece breaking or arriving in less then top condition please email email@example.com with your order or email as the reference, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
All items are posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, which will arrive before 1pm next-day and requires a signature upon receipt. If you are needing your package urgently, please ensure you provide an address where you can sign for the packet. Louisa takes no responsibility if you miss your parcels arrival and it gets held at your local delivery office.
All postage costs are £8.50
All goods remain the property of Louisa Slade Jewellery until paid in full.
